A delicious Napa Merlot/Cab blend from one of the most amazing vineyards in the area. From the outdoor tasting couches, to the farm dog and the expert staff, it doesn't get much better than Larkmead. This wine was delish on its own as a big bold drinker, or could be paired with a hearty meal. It drinks like a big Napa Cab, lots of flavor and body, spicy on the tongue, earthy with hint of currant on the nose. 2005 seems to have been a great year all around, but particularly in Napa. Drink it now or save it for another few years.
