The glass closure on the bottle is only the first of the many welcome details of this wine. The nose is young and light. Nice cranberry aromas with a hint of nuts. It's young right now, and I think it might stand to take a year or so more in the bottle but it's light and pleasant. Somewhat spicy (but I like that here) mouthfeel but sticks around far past leaving the mouth. As with the nose, the finish hints at almonds.
