Transparent with long oily legs.Nose: warm, spicy thyme and rosemary, dark cherries and some vanilla.Mouth: Powerful Mediterranean style, balanced with nice tannins and fruit.Pleasant, harmonious aftertaste which lingers for a long time.Should go well with many kinds of pasta, pizza, meat or veggie dishes, especially Mediterranean.
