Good with creamy sauces, but pretty overblown without.

This wine has gigantic dark fruits balanced by high acidity and bright spices. There is a nice dusting of cocoa to be found and as the glass goes on, the tastes express briar-fruit. Expect lemon-pepper, plums, and good clean red pepper.

This pinot noir has delicious black fruits with a lot of pastoral stuff going on: mushrooms, clean dirt. Moreover, the spices are savory with reminiscent flavors of mince pie. There is also an interesting, though not out of place, flavor of persimmon

This wine is amazing. The big fruits go from black to red in a seesaw throughout the glass. Such vinis! This is honest wine-making. The alternation of the fruit will only build on each other as this wine ages for the next 10 years. What a bargain too! Cinnamon and cocoa points to the mature tannins and soft wild sage notes keep you coming back to the glass. An exciting wine experience!

Soft red fruits, some brown spice[though not much], sage and other herbaceous flavors. Enjoyed with gorgonzola cheese covered in white raw honey.
