Alright, I go first! This wine was a little deceiving to me. The nose is fruity somewhat, which can turn me off, but the finish was pure, bold cabernet, which I love. It has that nice 1-2 punch. I highly recommend it!

I agree with the blackberry tag. Burning Man is a really deep and powerful Petite Sirah. I picked up a bottle on a recent visit to Dry Creek Valley and am enjoying it right now. Drink it now. I think I'll order more of it.

I confess. I hate Port, or any sweet wine. But, on a recent visit to Loxton, I tried this Syrah Port and actually liked it enough to take a bottle home. It's bold and not excessively fruity - really balanced. Give it a try if you're in Sonoma Valley.

I've been leery of 2006 zins - it wasn't a good year, but I ended up liking this one. I have quite a few bottles of it. The wine has all of the boldness that I appreciate in a Dry Creek Valley zin. I'm not really good with describing wines, but I know what I like in Zinfandel - bold with a spicy finish, not too fruit-forward.

It's a great wine. I first tried it when I was out on business in Colorado. I had to get more, but by the time I got home, the Spectator score had been published, jacking up the price on the bottle. But it's worth it! Huge wine with a nice finish.
