Just enjoy wine... Originally, my palate was big on Spicy Australian Shiraz's as well as Sweet Russian River Zins. Lately, I'm enjoying the exploring more Italians, American Cabs, and Rhone Valley blends. I am price conscious.

Added Jul 4, 2011 at 11:15pmWow! Really intense. So intense, I corked it back up, and will give it another go tomorrow to see how the notes have changed. Plenty of Mocha/Plum, loads of that dirty terroir feel like good southern France wines have.
