    hrhsassypants' Review:

This is a decent iteration of a Riesling, just not my favorite. I like this one much better with cheese, instead of on its own.

    hrhsassypants' Review:

A late harvest wine is hard to find at this price (about $11 in my area), and I was pleased to find that I liked it so much. I found it sweet but not cloying, and a good pairing with fruit and cheese. A favorite of my husband's and mine on our "be cheesy, and no whining" nights!

    hrhsassypants' Review:

I'm a bit of a wine tramp, and hate to see even mediocre wine go to waste. That said, I despised this wine so heartily that I poured out the entire bottle. For me, it didn't even have redeeming qualities with which to cook. My husband and I received it as a wedding gift, and now truly understand the sentiment "it's the thought that counts". It is described by the winery as "semi dry black currant wine (with) natural piney aromas reminiscent of the great Black Hills Spruce". The latest listing by the winery also says that it is sold out...weird. This must be a wine for palates far more sophisticated than mine!

    hrhsassypants' Review:

This is my new favorite wine! It's billed as semi-sweet, but I thought it was a little sweeter than that. This wine is redolent with pears and something I can't define. I think I'll just call it "luscious".

    hrhsassypants' Review:

My now husband introduced me to this wine a couple years ago; because I'm from the area where this wine is made, I had this weird notion that it couldn't be any good. I mean, come on, wine from South Dakota?!?! But I really like this wine! It's tart with a strong taste of rhubarb (duh, right?) and a hint of raspberries. Very easy to drunk, er drink.

    hrhsassypants' Review:

This is the one wine that my husband and I can both agree on! In fact, we took a case of this on our honeymoon. I love the sweetness, the effervessence and the notes of peach and flowers. I also love the cheap price and the low alcohol content, because my husband and I usually polish off two bottles!

I first had this at a restaurant, and immediately had to run out to find it. Given the mark up at restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was. This is a smooth, easy to drink wine with notes of cherries and pepper. I really love this one!
