The colour on this wine is a very dense, dark purple. It's tight on the nose with aromas of dark fruit and a clear earthiness, hints of oak and chocolate. The palate is also tight, with much structure. Tannins are quite grippy. Fruits and oak comes through on the finish, which is quite long. There is potential here, I'd say this needs a year in the cellar to mature and set, and should evolve further over the next five or six. Will pair very well with more complex dishes with for instance lamb - a great alternative to a Rhone of the same style and blend.

Very nice, golden yellow in colour. Fine aromas of jammy bright, yellow fruits and barrel wood. A whole world of delicious fruits on the palate, perfectly balanced off with nice fresh acidity. The long finish is increasingly driven by citrus and apricot. This is an absolutely lovely dessert wine which will evolve gracefully for at least 10-15 years.

Almost totally opaque purple-red in colour, the nose is powerful and is filled with aromas of cherries and other red berries, mocca and hints of vanilla. The mouthfeel is soft and balanced, but it's dense and there is quite a body. The tannins represent very good Italian structural balance. Holds for quite long, with fine dark fruit on the finish. Lovely wine. Pair it with light meat dishes. I think it should hold up well for at least four more years.
