    Better than most chards at half the price. Crisp, good acidity, long on the palate This wine can best be characterized as a cross between a good chablis and a NZ Sauv Blanc, the best of all worlds when it comes to whites. Best with food. A llittle too much wine just for sipping or light fare. Goes will with pasta dishes, chicken, red meat and shell fish. Great value. Loved it.
