    Intense black- red in colour,this cool climate wine has lifted redcurrant and cassis aromas,underpinned with vanillan oak notes.The palate is rich with excellent varietal definition of black fruits and plums and harmonious oak.It possesses fine tannins and produces a dry flavoursome finish.Perfect with just about any red meat dish.

    This wine is pale green in colour,with intense citrus and passionffruit -like aromas.The palate shows typical lime characters and is crisp and dry with a refined long finish.More at the Semillon end of the spectrum ,this wine will mature well over the next 3 to 5 years
