Tasted in 2007. Blueish red colored thick and very very spicey in the bouquet. Extremely nice to the tongue and mouth region and fat with a long finish and "back of the nose" experience. This is a wine valued very high in my personal experience. I would say coffee , tobacco, even a bit rocky in layer above the well hung fruit.

An exceptionel thick and yellow wine, with very small hints of botrytis. Not in the sauternes or eiswine way, but in its own fat dry style. This must be the closest you get to liquid gold. Tasted in 2007 (Sorry Nicolas but I had tor try it) it was chewy, siropy and very powerfull and not a normal Chenin Blanc product. This is incredible.

I tried this wine in late summer of 2005 before going to a U2 concert in Copenhagen. I mean 98 RP was the right thing to do at such a moment. Anyway I was not disapointed since this dry tannic and very intense wine was remarkbly powerfull and coloured our white plastic cups (I know, I know, but who will carry the crystal!) on the inside with a layer of dark purple sediment. I allmost shed a tear when one of our companions told me that this would be perfect in another 10 years or so. He was right. Lucky for me I allready had made the beginners consumer fault, which is to only buy one bottle. Since my failure with the Tardieu-Laurent Cornas Coteaux 1998, I have allways kept to the concept of buying at least 2 bottles when trying something new out.

Yeah, this is funny. This wine is fighting back to my tongue in three different ways. Has a long finish. Dark, dark Pinot Noir, with a good bunch of acidity flavours. It is definitly alive. Might give it a couple of years in the cellar if you can afford more than one :-)

Fruity, red and I would say ready to drink. It is sometimes hard say if the wines will develope or not. It seems that this wine will be here forever, since it has a power of packed solidity in this west-spanish conserved muscle.

Like liquid silver and dry fruit ripened by the sun and balanced tight in a pipe of power through my mouth. Thomas especially was sure about that it was to early drinking this fabulous redvine. I do not know! It was very good and might have been wider in the palette through 2009-11. Tasted in 2005.

This is absolutely worth checking out ASAP. Had 3 bottles from Malene and Kim (thanks a lot:). One of the most popular wines since 1999 Catena Cabernet Sauvignon. Light cherry red, with lots of fruit, sweet fat tannins, and the oak/vanilla well balanced into this hot wine.

Top wine, top value. Cabernet Sauvignon at its best from Argentina. Even tried the 1996 private selection afterwoods, Exceptional dark and chewy cabernet. This is a kind of medicine, wiht a good taste on top. I simply drank them up with my father through 2003. Ups :-)

A very good magnum bottle was opened spring 2009. This was, according to my perception, the right time to digest this wonderfull mature fruitbomb, with a fat glycerol edge and a fantastic ruby colour. Elegant and still fruity in a not noisy way.
