I think Ill my nose in the glass for the next hour, basking in this incredible scent!!!! After two mediocre wines, this smells like heaven: orchids, honey, white peach, perfume and cherry blossoms. If they could bottle this and sell it as perfume, I'd be their most loyal customer! In the mouth, it's almost better than the nose. Full, unctuous, sensual, elegant and bursting with honeycomb, peach nectar and lychee, finishing in a ridiculously long vibrant mineral and vanilla finish. Sigh, I'll take another glass!

Wine rated with 5 (in 5) Your note: In the beginning, I have to admit that I couldn't smell anything. The wine was so reserved that I was searching to pick out a single note, but as the temperature rose, subtle peach, honey, white floral and cream notes surfaced. In the mouth, the wine shows a creamy texture along the entire palate, but comes alive as if I poured pop rocks directly on my tongue, with and ending in a medium long finish with mature apricot, peach and cantaloupe flavors. Again, this winery has thoroughly impressed me with another fantastic wine!

First words that come to mind with this wine: crisp, fresh, alive, zesty and fun. Simple citrus, mineral and raw almond notes on the nose with a touch of fresh herbs hovering over the glass. In the mouth, the wine is ....oh yes...Zesty! Fabulous mineral flavors highlighted by this racy acidity and a light body that ends in tingly long citrus finish. I see sushi or Thai food in this wine's future. If only I could take a bottle to India with me this weekend.

WOW! If simplicity were required for a wine, this would fail miserably, as this wine embodies complexity and layers. Dark spices, clove, boysenberry, dark cherry, slate and red meat on the nose, laced in a beautiful rich chocolate veil. Despite the slightly off-kilter oak that is somewhat jarring, the wine shows bright, balanced acidity, alongside silky fine tannins that give rise to a ridiculously expressive plum and dark raspberry finish. Overall, this is a sexy and sensuous wine!

If a wine could actually be white, or transparent, this is it, making it strangely attractive solely for its clarity. The bouquet is really creamy and lemony with almost a raw almost almond and mineral touch near the end. Nice gentle acidity that coats my entire palate, leaving a slightly dense creamy apple finish from its time in barrel. I'd be curious how the flavors express themselves in a few years time as they're slightly reserved at the moment. Fun wine!

Light white gold in color with a beautiful, gorgeous, and sensuous white flower, passion fruit and bbq smoke on the nose that draws you in from a mile away. Incredibly fresh with a touch of creamy herbal notes as well. Vibrant in the mouth with a juicy medium body mouthfeel and an addictive honey, minerals and more passionfruit on the finish. Add a touch of canned pineapple and you've got a lovely wine that I would happily pair either with a goat cheese and walnut salad or simply alone.

Pale yellow in color with a vibrant fountain of tiny bubbles rapidly shooting to the surface. Dense aromas of honey and yeast on the nose, blanketed in thin layer of vanilla and citrus. Crisp and fresh mouthfeel with little sparks of acidity that cover my entire palate leaving delicate and subtle finish of yeast and honey. This is a great little wine and perfect to pair with either spicy food or simply by itself on a hot summer's day.

Pale greenish-yellow in color with a shimmering quality of white gold. Light ripe white peach, cream and vanilla on the nose with a light touch of honey. Really pleasant and approachable aroma that is both reserved and austere. Round, lush mouthfeel with medium acidity and a rich citrus and mineral finish. Interesting wine, especially as it is my first tardana. I'd love to try more!
