This is an excellent, not too expensive, champagne to indulge yourself. I find it not as acid-y as you often find other brands. Very good with fruit--especially apples or berries. And just enough bubbles, not too much.

I used this wine for a butternut squash risotto and also enjoyed a glass along with my meal. Not expensive and really good for this purpose.

This wine reminded me of raspberries. It went well with the elements of the meal I ordered: steak, frites and flourless chocolate cake. Crisp, tangy, fruity but not overpowering. I'd have it again!
