  Let it settle and open up.When it does you have a cab like nose of mint and dark cherries. Then the surprise! A flicker of smoked pork: bacon or smoked spareribs. Plenty of aciditya nd tannin to go with your favorite BBQ. 13.5 % alcohol will tame any grunt!This is for a great cause! God Bless America and the Marine!
