Added Sep 4, 2012 at 10:07pmYum. This vintage opened very quickly to be well-balanced, bold with good bursts of fruit. (touted as best red blend under $20 when was tasted at 4 Flights Wine Boutique tonight and I'm not arguing despite the number of under $20 reds I have liked)

Added Aug 7, 2012 at 8:16pmUntypical chardonnay. The nose almost as delightful as the actual taste. Toasty and oak undertones, drier than usual for a chardonnay, gala apple, vanilla, and some creaminess without being "buttery." Tasted tonight at 4 Flights Wine Boutique and was well received by everyone tasting.

Added Aug 7, 2012 at 8:00pmStart to finish a good mix of flavors. Good balance of fruit, floral, earth, and neither sweet nor dry. Pleasant, somewhat lingering finish. A pear blend flavor at start heading more to the florals before the complex finish. (free tasting tonight at 4 Flights Wine Boutique; bought more than one bottle as an indication of how much enjoyed)

Added Jul 28, 2012 at 5:44pmTasting. Not able to get past overwhelming taste and nose of alcohol. Possibly our bottle has turned or we just cellared past its peak (my husband is finishing his so could just be my problem).

Added Jul 25, 2012 at 6:30pmThe spice, dry, and fruit expected from a Cabernet. Working very nicely with my Olive Garden leftovers.

Added Jul 24, 2012 at 7:46pmSoft, silky with slight fizz. Fruit, floral and small hint of mineral. Avoids being too sweet but is not a dry wine. One of few I would sip plain or cocktailed over ice with various fruits. Suited to most meals (well not asparagus or heavy vinaigrette dishes); but, particularly would like with bolder spiced dishes or unadorned fresh fruits.

Added Jul 24, 2012 at 7:39pmLush, bold, juicy, well balanced with right dryness and hint of a bite. Smooth, particularly for bold cab.
