    darby's Review:

One of the best wines produced in Australia today. It exhibits everything a good temp need refreshingly light and dry but with beautiful fruit on the middle palate. Sells for ewell under $20 in Australia.

A great wine. The winery says "The wine presents with rich herbal, cherry and jammy characters, but is a surprise to many on the palate due to its unique structure." Sounds like the ideal description of a Barbera wine to me. When you taste the wine you will see that they are right,.

    darby's Review:

A beautiful wine, showing excellent freshness and youth backed up by the variety's characteristic firmness and texture. I enjoyed a bottle with a quick meal grilled tuna with steamed Potatoes, carrots and silverbeet served with aioli. This wine will be on the list next time I prepare Le Grand Ailoi see http://albzin.com/recipes/le-grand-aioli-garlic-lovers-feast

    darby's Review:

This wine is fabulously different. It has a wonderful, spicy nose and flavour, just like some smoked sausages. In fact you could pair it with any meat based tapas. Usually the variety is blended as a minor partner with Tempranillo, but Mount Majura's Tempranillo is so good without blending they decided to make the graciano as a straight varietal. Good call.
