Although it's non-vintage, the wine still changes quite a bit between the different iterations, as many of these "kitchen sink" blends tend to do. I found that I enjoyed it immensely with spicy foods in 2007, and in 2008 the wine seemed to tend toward off-dry and didn't compliment the same tastes as the previous year. I'll try it again when they release the next version, but until then it's something to serve someone that's not into bone dry whites.
