    cookypuss1's Review:

Really loved this wine. Almost equal parts of Merlot, Cab Franc, and Cab Sauv, it was a delight to drink. Plush fruit of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, but lovely structure and medium-firm tannins held up to a steakhouse meal. Somewhat sharp nose with a lot of mineral and cedar (was not decanted). Definitely worth the moderate price tag!

    cookypuss1's Review:

This Pinot will surprise (and maybe shock!) you. It is funky and feety with some tobacco on the nose! There certainly is fruit present, but the blackberry and cherry flavors are nuanced by a sourness that is surprising. Only 50 cases were made, which is okay because it's not for everyone! I enjoyed its uniqueness.

Drinking very well now! Great wine with bright acidity, red cherry flavors backed up by a little earth. We drank on its own, but it would be tremendous with food, perhaps even Turkey dinner!

Really enjoyed this wine! It enjoyed several hours of decanting, and revealed its lovely violet nose. Definitely a pleasure to sniff! Very refined wine - nice blackberry on the palate with a good minerality, but the tannins don't let you down either.

Decanted for several hours, and tasted bits along the way. Did not start to show its true character until around hour 6. Truly fantastic wine - heavy, primal nose. Fig and cassis on the palate, balanced by lovely minerals and very firm tannins. Beware, until several hours of decanting, all you will get is tannins. This is one to cellar away and savor over the years.

Great Zin. Tons of bramble fruit flavors, yet is very balanced. Nice long finish. Very enjoyable bottle.

Great color, and I enjoyed the black cherry and plum flavors and spicy finish. This is easy drinking and at a good price point.

Delicious, but not worth the steep price tag.

Will look forward to seeing how this evolves over time in the cellar. Nice cassis aroma, with a twinge of chocolate. Full fruit palate with a long and peppery finish.

Probably my favorite dessert "wine", this ice cider is incredible. It's a dark gold color, with an intoxicating aroma of apple. Initially sweet in the mouth, is followed up by a surprising tartness, and a super long finish. I just love this! It's fun and unique to bring to a party, too.
