    Sweeter side of riesling, but not syrupy sweet. Reminiscent of baklava sweet...Suprising bubbles. Drink after opening, do not wait until the next day where bubbles disappear and wine tastes less sweet and off balance (next day only).

    Sweet red sparkling. Served over lemon sorbet and made a float. Alone it is not too sweet, but just enough sweet. Bubbles lasted two days with champagne wine stopper.
