Tasting Notes from Winery: This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine with rich texture and fruit. The elegant champagne colour resulted from leaving juice in contact with its skins for several hours prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The wine shows delightful aromas and flavours of white peach and nectarines, with hints of strawberries and cherries. This wine is best served slightly chilled.My wife and I toured this winery while on our honeymoon in April 2009. Thought the wine was a little better at room temperature as I was better able to taste the flavors, but I feel that way about most whites.

We really enjoyed this with a nice blue cheese. The cobination of the two was impressive. By itself, it is very sweet and thick, almost like a honey. Really enjoyed it.

Great little winery to visit when in Cali. Do not actually own any land, just make deals to purchase vines from other landowners. Purchase as planting occurs and controls every step following: how much water, sun, shade, etc.Really enjoy all the wines

Ordered online following a good review my girlfriend read. Now appearing in many stores in TN (though we get good wine later than other parts of teh country). Very mellow taste, really enjoyed.
