    Amazing white wine. I normally drink red wine, this is the first white wine I have bought in 5 years. When served cold, it is fresh, something you would drink on the beach. When served warmer, it becomes like an aperative (after dinner wine). My wine dealer let met taste this one, with some special italian cheese, amazing!

    Only the finest fruit from the Provenza estate are placed in the new, medium-toasted Allier barriques for 24 months. Provenza Fabio Contato is a red that will develop inthe bottle for five years or more. If you like Amarone and Ripasso Valpolicella, you'll love this wine. This is a signature wine, named for the proprietor of Provenza, Fabio Contato.This one will be in my top 10 list. Next to baberra.
