great zesty aroma of meyer lemon and stone fruit flowers, balanced mouth feel of buttered pineapple and tart apple...The lingering touch of oak, was a perfect complement to a Triple Cream Brie slathered in apricot jam and toasted pecans.

Nice aromas of forest floor and roasted jalapeno black fruit reduction on the tongue and a long lingering finish of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate

Very dry,maybe because it was on oak for 36 months. I got black tea, bakers chocolate, plum skin and dried brown spice.

Stewed blackberries,currant and star anise in the nose and mouth, with delicate under layers of toasted marshmallow,chocolate and graham cracker. Great with s'mores!

We drank this guy pretty young,(It's a California thing). Nice and fruit forward with a little rosehip in the nose, soft tannins,hints of raw green pepper and bakers chocolate.

Lot's of aromatics right away in the bouquet.Juicy red berries and chewy caramel on the tounge and a nice vanilla spice in the finish.
