Added Jan 16, 2011 at 1:24amRecommended to anyone, who is looking for a aged, full-bodied, dry wine. Having tried this wine several times, i've never tired of it. It's blackberry undercurrents mixed well with the acidity. Balanced and dry enough to evaporate off your tongue. Sterling in recent years has shown to not age very well, so your best drinking it right from the shelve. Drink now!

Added Jan 16, 2011 at 1:19amThis is what a true cabernet is all about. This winery has showed considerable improvement in recent years. It's acidic, full-bodied. Dry. It delivers every time. I recommend the 2007 if you can find it over this one. If not, this one will do. It will impress almost anyone you drink it with.

Added Jan 16, 2011 at 1:15amThe first time I tried this wine, I was hooked. Being unable to find in the Canadian liquor store, I end up going to the restaurant where I discovered it and paying 3 times it's worth time and time again. It's dry, full bodied, with blueberry undercurrents and leather. Not sweet at all. Memorable. My favorite all time wine.

Added Jan 16, 2011 at 1:09amWhat else could I say about this wine. Considering the price being high, I didn't not feel ripped off one bit. It's smooth, dense. A big cabernet. If you try aging this wine for even a few years, your going to have to decant this baby. It's best now, 2011, right from opening it. Just be careful sipping. You might just finish the entire bottle to yourself in one night, and never realize how you did it. Amazing!

Added Jan 16, 2011 at 1:01amI'm quite impressed with this wine. It's juicy, succulent. Medium to full bodied. Slightly dry on the finish. It generally denotes a much more aged feel for a 2008. Your definitely getting you dollars worth here. It's sweet but not sweet, very well balanced. It reminds me of some much more expensive Napa Valley wines. Very smooth!
