I am by no means a wine connoisseur, however I have had some wine classes in college as I went for Culinary Arts.I'll be straight and to the point, I really like this, a little bit sweet for dinner, but amazing for desserts. I really want it with a cheesecake right now.It tastes like fresh blueberries, little bit of acid but they had to be well ripened when picked, especially for the fermentation to take place and leave so much residual sugars. I suspect that some extra may have been added to keep it so sweet. After checking their website they didn't mention about the adding of any sugars or not.Overall I'd say this is an amazing dessert wine that should be paired with cheesecake or another lighter in sweetness dessert, preferably on the creamy side. Would also work well as a dessert on it's own.
