Finally a pinot noir that has given Van Duzer a run for its money {in my opinion}. Pours a beautiful light ruby color, this wine is gorgeous in a glass. Light pepper and cedar on the nose, with a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is wonderful, light and acidic, with some earth and as another review stated, a rustic, forest floor kind of vibe. light cranberry notes come through in the finish with a nice little bite from the alcohol. wonderful wine, would definately recommend to pinot lovers. orgeon you have never disappointed me.

Have had the past 3 vintages of this wine and boy, it just keeps getting better. my favorite shiraz, a wine that will stain your glass the deepest purple i have ever seen in a wine. big chocolate, earth, pepper, and licorice nose. the body is huge, almost like a ruby porto. the nose follows through in the taste with several layers of earth, hence the name. finishes with a long, lasting chocolate pallate. wonderful wine, cant wait to see what my 2007 will taste like in 4 years.

This was a nice bordeaux, but there was something left to be desired in the body. very light, lots of character and flavor, just no body to coax the flavors along through the finish. light cranberry notes with some oak and limestone. nice, but may still need another 4 or 5 years to really round it out. does show potential, and 2005 has been good to us so far.

My favorite chardonnay. Un-oaked chard lovers need not apply. beautiful floral, light butter and oak nose. big body, luscious floral aromatics blend seamlessly with subtle fruit notes and make their way in to a superb buttery finish. phenomenal chardonnay for the price. serve with a nice citrus chicken or fish dinner and you have the perfect meal.

have never had a white wine with the characteristics quite like this falesco. no dry or sweet notes what so ever, this is what i imagine an old world rustic white table wine to be. actually brought it home for christmas and it went very well with turkey dinner {stuffing, mashed potatoes, the whole nine yards} like the reviewer from wine.com states, very nice pear notes and a completely balanced wine, all the flavor and body from start to finish. what a great buy for a perfect wine to pair with a multitude of dishes.

my boss at work turned me on to this wine. i am not really a fan of a dry tannic finish to any wine, but man did the syrah really balance out the malbec. pours a nice purple color, standard syrah. all the earth and fresh plum and jam of a syarh with the balanced mineral and dry tannins of a malbec. what a great blend.

Talk about bang for your buck. less than 7 dollars out the door at work with my discount, less than 10 otherwise. silk is the word to use here throughout the wine. pours like silk, the nose is drawn in like silk, and the feel and finish are pure silk. very subtle, no oak or tannins, light licorice and blackberry notes, but enough depth to have by itself. if there was a wine to pair with chocolate on a budget, then this is it my friends. find it, buy it and give it a try. you wont be disappointed

This wine was the standout favorite at our tasting at work in early december. we went through 4 bottles. granted, half of one probably went to me, i mean, i ran the table, had to make sure the bottle wasnt corked first...maybe had to make sure a couple of extra times. great wine for 15 bucks. lots of character and enough depth to enjoy it on its own.
