Added Apr 19, 2011 at 12:56pmWe visited this small winery in Buellton, Ca and had a wonderful experience! They are a horse farm/winery which produces some very nice wines and excellent olive oil as well. The 2008 Chardonnay was crisp and bright with a nice fruity nose with some floral tones. Went great with the lunch we had there. We also got an opportunity to tour the stables and speak with the owners themselves - the Lockwoods - great people - gorgeous farm! If you visit the Santa Ynez/Solvang area, don't miss this.

Tilia Chardonnay 2009Compare and Buy
Average Price: $10.99
Added Mar 25, 2011 at 4:38pmYou can find outstanding chardonnays in the $10 range but this isn't one of them. Nothing complex, no oak (I like oak). For a couple dollars more there are tons of great chardonnays out there. Meriden's chardonnay is a much better wine for about the same price.
