    This is probably the most expensive Champagne I've tried. A very nice, almost ethereal mouthfeel is what I remember most - the wine seems to evaporate as you sip it. Great subtle notes of citrus and a smooth finish. Comes in a very pretty bottle.

    Has an excellent full mouth feel and tangy fruit flavor with just a touch of oak. Hands down the best Fume Blanc I've had. Also, great for gifts as it comes in a beautiful bottle.

    This wine is very rich and jammy with notes of blackberrys, even chocolate. I recommend serving with food for best enjoyment, especially a nice roast or steak.
