I love Paringa Sparkling Shiraz! I have the hardest time finding it in wine shops, but have tasted it in wine classes and at festivals and always go back for more. It's not aggressively bubbly, and has a wonderful black-fruitiness to it. Perfect for BBQs.

This was fantastic! Such a crowd-pleaser. Delicious ripe plums accentuated by a nice spiciness. And the bubbles make it fun!

Tight, intense wine with hints of blackberry and cassis. I wanted to slurp up every last drop! Would go well with grilled steak or portobello mushrooms.

Big, fruity red wine - I was surprised by how mcuh I liked this! Would go really well with BBQ sauce, chiles.

Really nice cherry-compote flavors, sweet but with a bit of acidity. Heavy, ripe fruits with lingering oak.

This was lively and fruity, not cloyingly sweet. Bright acidity, would pair really well with fresh chili flavors. I normally don't love riesling, but I was a fan of this wine!
