    akackerman's Review:

Faint brickish tinge at the rim.Nose: Black cherry, rose petal, faint smokinessPalate: Intense entry on the palate. Extravagantly plush. Black cherry again on the palate, persistent subtle sweetness right up until the finish which is reminiscent of raspberry-mocha. Tannins provide interesting structure. Would definitely stand to benefit from more time in the bottle, as of 8/9/09.

    akackerman's Review:

A darker purplish hue than many tempranillos tasted in the past. Deep, yet still translucent.Nose: Cedar, vanilla, raspberry Palate: Immediate tart cherry, cedar, bountiful spice and licorice on the finish.Medium body. Moderately-high tannins.Recommend 20-30 minutes to allow this tempranillo to open up and relax.
