Growing a decent cellar with mostly Spanish and Italian reds. Can't see a point in storing whites. Used to drink Cabernet, but as they were consumed, I seem to have replaced with Tempranillo and Valpolicella. No Californian or Australian need apply.

Added Oct 11, 2011 at 12:59am2007. This is another varietal being phased out at Folio. It is a standard sangiovese and I have tasted it's equal, but never it's better. It is very enexpensive, and I can vouch for it's wonderful ability to complement a roasted leg of lamb.
