    TerenceF's Review:

Nose: Cherry Hi-C, rhubarb, little spiciness. Notes: Starts off with a raspberry jam and rhubarb, thick sweet fruits, explosion of blueberry on the mid-palate, with a peppery dark fruit finish. Black pepper throughout, but full-bodied and well-structured. Tannins are not harsh at all. Pair with: Ribeye, caesar salad, spaghetti. Anything that could use some pepper.

    TerenceF's Review:

Nose: Smoky leather, tobacco, sour black cherriesTaste: Initial sour cherries and white asparagus leads to a burst of fruit and black licorice on the mid-palate, firm tannins on the finish that coats your mouth that handles the alcohol well. Good structure, finish lingers well over a minute. Pair with: steak, aged cheeses, mushrooms.

    TerenceF's Review:

Nose: Grapefruit, slight petrol, citrus fruits and lemongrassNotes: Tropical fruit, Dole pineapple juice, spiced rum notes initially. Acid on the mid-palate, but more sweet than dry. Finish redolent of yellow freezer pop - sweet bananas. Easy summer drinking, could use a little more acid, high delicious factor. Pair with: Tacos, blackened fish, good by itself Residual Sugar: 1.6%

Nose: Dark chocolate, dry leaves, cinnamon, dark red fruitsNotes: Raspberry and black cherries open up to vanilla and cinnamon mid-palate with a tart apple juice finish. Quite light in color, medium-bodied. Overall autmnal flavors make it interesting, similar to pinot noirs. Pair with: Pasta and red sauce, skirt steak, salads.
