Cherry and vanilla on the nose. Pleasing low toned fruit continues past the balanced dry finish. Perfect tannins throughout. Outstanding value. Proof that good wine can be found at a good price. Definitely one of my favorite Argentinian malbecs. Great with grilled hearty meats, venison, lamb, beef, duck and even BBQ ribs.

This is a really nice chianti. Low toned dark cherries, slight vanilla extremely smooth tannins with a lovely plum color, excellent with food or on it's own. Out of the many Chiantis out there, this one gives the best bang for the buck. Very pleasing as an everyday wine.

Complex aroma of raspberry, blueberry and Bosc pears, flavor is cherry and raspberry and leaning toward plum with hints of nutmeg, overall very smooth, balanced and elegant with a peppery finish. Very nice refined wine. great with grilled pork and beef.

Like many Barossa Shiraz varietals, this ranks among the best Shiraz produced in Australia. This one was wonderfully smooth with pronounced cherries on the nose and palate, with the addition of a perfect hint of oaky vanilla and pepper. This is what most Australian Shiraz's aspire to be.

Aroma of cherries, and vanilla. Flavor is very smooth, with a definite lemony acidity. Due to the content of Sangiovese grapes it has a chianti-like character but goes beyond that in complexity. Flavor is plums, and tart red berries with silky tannins, subverted oaky and smoky notes, and finishes with a pomegranate flavor and astringency. Definitely needs to breathe before the true flavors emerge. Excellent with hearty grilled meats as well as tomato pasta dishes. Really shines with food.

this is a upper level chianti. cherries, walnuts, licorice, vanilla and a little pepper. everything a great chianti should have. This one will not disappoint!
