The nose of a mature burgundy and the palate of an aged savenniere. Very bizarre and unsurprisingly for SW France much better with food.

Bright and delicate red fruit but there is still a huge amount of acidity ripping through the middle of the palate leaving it a little disjointed. A food wine for sure but concerned the that with further age, to allow the acidity to soften, there may not be enough fruit to sustain the wine.
