Had this in a half bottle. Dry, crisp, totally refreshing. Definitely got grass on the nose. Bet it will be great in the summer; it was a nice change-up from the usual reds and deeper whites in the winter.

Bought this bottle after a tasting of red and white half bottles. On the nose I was hit with strong berry/cherry notes, and a hint of light vanilla and oddly enough, tar. In the mouth it tasted bright and young, which makes sense as I was told it would age well over the next 3-4 years. Overall a very drinkable wine on its own, and the half-bottle size is perfect for an evening in alone!

Had this wine a long time ago with dessert after a fancy dinner at the Four Seasons Boston--even after an overwhelmingly delicious meal, this wine is what I remember. It is intensely sweet but NOT cloying. The flavors of honey, caramel, and cocoa are all very present. It accompanies a sweet, creamy dessert very well but I'd just as soon drink a glass of it alone. One of the most unusual dessert wines I've ever tasted.
