Added Oct 4, 2010 at 6:08pmI have been a little put off zins recently, after experiencing too many fruit bombs. However, I spotted this one at the Dekalb Farmers Market in Decatur, priced at $12.98, and claiming to have received a ranking of 98 points from some unspecified wine reviewer, so I decided to give it a try. WOW! Brazin is everything that zinfandel should be. Wonderful nose, not too sweet or fruity, just right in every aspect. I'm going back tomorrow to pick up a few more bottles.

Added Aug 5, 2010 at 4:31pmWhen I saw this on sale at a local meat market for $4.99, I figured I didn't have much to lose. Typical Australian red fruit bomb, but not cloyingly so, and surprisingly low on tannins for such a young (2009) Cabernet. Perhaps only 3 glasses on an absolute scale, but certainly better than most $5 Australian reds, and well worth 4 glasses on a relative scale. I will probably buy more at this price.

Added Jul 9, 2010 at 5:14pmI decided to get into roses this summer, and of those that I have tried so far, the Crios is the most enjoyable. Deep pink color for a rose, and neither too sweet nor too dry. Wonderful summer wine at a decent price.
