    Santa Adega's Review:

If you look for a best buy, its the Miolo Brut, a great champenoise from Brazilian best sparkling wine terroir.50% Pinot Noir50% Chardonnay8 monthes in autolysis. Great acidity, refreshing and creamy.Nice and fine perlage, with notes of toasted bread, honey, butter and green apple, nice and round finish.
