    Rmacias' Review:

Pinot Noir, is as a general rule, a complex wine. Since I had a 1990 on 2007, this turned particularly true for this bottle. On the primary aromas you'll find raspberry predominating on a quite balanced bouquet. If you let it open, you'll detect the hint of flowers and cinammon. For the secondary aromas, there's of course some ligth wood. The aroma of flowers turns into orange blossom and there's the ever present cinammon. From then on, I'll leave it to you to describe it, it was Complex, with the capital C.For the body, it is a Pinot Noir, so it was light, with high alcohol level, cristalyne wine, with some sediments (after 17 years it is bound to happen) . The wine was quite well balanced, and definitely worth waiting the 17 years, though I don't think it'd improve much with more aging. Drink it NOW, or drink it younger (than 1990 when you read this).

    Rmacias' Review:

This is a Cru Burgeois of the Haut-Medoc region. Great opening of dark red fruits followed by woody aromas, with some pepper and cinamonn, and notably, for a bourdeaux, a light chocolate tinge. Great wine for price/value, relation, but better to serve with a food. I personallly served it with lamb in mole from oaxaca and did amazingly.

  • Rmacias' Review:

Really well rounded Pinot Noir. Characteristic aromas of the varietal of red fruits and flowers, lavender and a slight smell of roses. Soft to the mouth with round smooth tanins. Definitively worth it.

    Rmacias' Review:

Amazing primary aroma of strawberries. Characteristic aromas of the Pinot Noir varietal, and of course the round well composed flavor and tanins of a Bourgonge appellation controllee. I have a bottle of the 2005 (excelent year) still waiting for the moment to be opened.

  • Rmacias' Review:

Really good round, balanced wine. Good for a well prepared meal centered on beef with some marinade. I prefer it 4 or 5 years old.
