    Philip's Review:

Rich and emollient. A nice mineral finish. Very good and complex with great minerality. Finishes on red apples and lemon notes. My #2 of the tasting (of 6 chardonnay's).

    Philip's Review:

Delicate lemony nose with hints of honeysuckle. Well balanced with great flavors of tropical fruits and a nice long fruity finish. Excellent and my pick of the tasting (6 chardonnay's). Very fruity for a Macon Village.

  • Philip's Review:

Surprisingly grassy nose for a chardonnay, with hay and green apple aromas. Great mouthfeel, this is a voluptuous wine thats rich and smooth. Full of fat tropical fruit flavors. Slightly lacking in acidity, the wine comes across a little rich and flabby. Finishes on peaches and mango.

  • Philip's Review:

Peaches and quince on the nose with a hoppy/yeasty twinge of linolium (have a feeling that this will subside over time). A little CO2 gives it a spritz on the tongue and keeps the wine lively and fresh. Its simple, yet very drinkable with a short finish. Overall simple, but a crowd pleaser.

  • Philip's Review:

Very yellow and extracted with a pungent chemical nose similar to burned buttered popcorn. Overly oaky and extracted, with a short finish and fruit that was masked by the oak. While it was better in taste than it was in smell, its not my style of wine at all.

  • Philip's Review:

Peaches and melons on the nose, along with some of the oak. In the mouth the wine offers green apples, pineapple and apricots. Good acidity and a nice rich mouthfeel. Has a short citrus finish and some sharp tannins which lowered my score. Good for $13 though.

  • Philip's Review:

A good solid wine. Well priced and with consistently good fruit and medium tannins. There's a reason why the company was sold for over $1bn.

  • Philip's Review:

Plain on the nose, with some cedar scents. Nice bright strawberry and white pepper notes in the mouth, however it's simple. Finishes on nutmeg. Volatile acidity.

    Philip's Review:

Nice raspberry nose which leads to a cool crisp mineral wine. Flavors of bramble and raspberry continue to the cinammon finish

  • Philip's Review:

Grapefruit and citrus on the nose. Very nicely balanced with lively acidity, good oak and a clean minerality. Very nice and worked well with mushroom soup.
