    ONUMello's Review:

Bright cherries on the nose. Very smooth and light, predominantly cherries and red fruit with a hint of red licorice & herbs. Soft tannins and a bright finish.

    ONUMello's Review:

Full nose of banana, mango and butterscotch, which continue on the palate and finish. Very ripe, and while viscous, it is not overly sweet, which adds to its appeal.

  • ONUMello's Review:

The nose is a bit tight, but there are notes of citrus, floral , and stone. Mandarin orange predominates the palate along with a bit of peach. Off dry, with a finish longer than I expected.

  • ONUMello's Review:

I personally have a hard time finding a merlot I enjoy, but this fit the bill. Oaky on the nose, but the palate was loaded with red cherry & blueberry (almost Gusher-like to use a Garyveeism) and chocolate; the oak did not come through there nearly as much. Soft but good tannins with a lengthy finish.

  • ONUMello's Review:

Citrus and buttery nose, leading into a creamy palate with orange notes, and a lengthy finish with notes of lime. Good acidity that cuts through the oak.

    ONUMello's Review:

The nose is reminiscent of a helium balloon, leading to green brier. The palate is very soft & supple, starting off with sweet cherries & raspberries, then floral notes on the midpalate, with a medium length red raspberry finish.

  • September 2009

    ONUMello's Review:

Lots of floral and citrus notes on the nose, with a similar palate, leading into a slightly vegetal finish of cucumber. Fairly complex with an interesting blend of grapes (malvasia bianca, muscat canelli, viognier, and roussanne). There's a bit of oak that gives a bit of a buttered toast/smokey component, but it's well balanced and hides any sweetness from the muscat, leading to a good, crisp, full wine with a lengthy finish.

    ONUMello's Review:

Pear and herbal nose, pear, pineapple, and citrus notes, with nicely balanced oak and acidity and a nice long finish.

  • ONUMello's Review:

Plums on the nose. Very soft mouthfeel, tastes like cherry, plums, and dark berries, with a nice surprise of vanilla on the finish. Very pleasant and a good value.

  • ONUMello's Review:

Cherries and leather on the nose. Light mouthfeel with gentle tannins, tastes of cherry cola with hints of strawberry and a bit of a smoky oak. Medium finish of fresh berries with a hint of vanilla. Very enjoyable.
