aromas dominate with a funky, earthy, mushroomy attributes, more fruit driven on the palate with earth undertones, under the soil depth, all around intriguing and elegant.

wow is what this is! delicious aromas of cocoa and chocolate and dark fruits, plums, currants, berries, very fruit forward on the palate with some spices, cocoa and little earthiness with layers of blackberries and raspberries combined with the brown spice earthiness, almost port-like which would explain the 16.9% alcohol level. All around yummy and powerful.

vanilla cream, full of red and dark berry fruit, and a little candy-like on the nose. The flavor characteristics are filled with dark fruits and peppery in the beginning and then the spiciness continues, rich complexity as it goes on with a good length

aromas of blackberries, raspberries, a little pepper and currants, and on the palate, red fruits (sour cherry) shine through combined with a peppery spice on the finish, med bodied with a nice acidity and nice finish, unique complexity and very enjoyable

black currants, black berries, black plums on the palate, rich and full bodies filled with varying dark fruit and cocoa, dark chocolate, nice structure and complexity, fairly balanced, long finish

cherry, cranberry, with a little earthiness and spice on the nose. Tinges of spiciness and earth on the palate with the cherries and layers of red fruit intertwined through, nice tannic structure, delicate and delicious.
