    NekotoNikku's Review:

First off I'd like to say this is the first Sherry I've had at all, let alone Cream Sherry, so I may be a little biased about this, with that in mind...Very very sweet wine, almost syrupy in consistency with a heavy maple syrup and a slight sweet cream taste. Both Nick and I agreed this would be a good wine to cook with, possibly use for making tiramisu, but not really one you'd want to drink, just simply too sweet.~Neko

A deep red color and a nice oily consistency in the glass. Smells of blackberry, cherry, minerals, and a slight woodiness. The blackberry mixes with raisin on the tongue, together with a strong earthy flavor and a slight hint of tobacco. The fruit disappears quickly, but the earthiness lingers for a while.-Nikku

    NekotoNikku's Review:

A nice deep color, a bit strong of an alcohol flavor, even after lowering the temperature a bit. Tasted slightly of cigars and smelled of old wood, though it left my mouth feeling very cottony.- Nikku

  • NekotoNikku's Review:

Very sweet, refreshing wine. No alcohol smell or taste whatsoever (though it's a muscato, so no surprise there). a wonderful blend of clean grape with a lingering aftertaste of white peaches.- Nikku

    NekotoNikku's Review:

This muscato d'asti was a pale gold, almost silver in color, with a thin head of bubbles. It had a sweet champagne-like nose. Tasted very strongly of white peaches, so much that it really didn't taste like very much else, though a hint of grape and citrus was at the very beginning. Incredibly sweet, like fruit juice.- Nikku

  • NekotoNikku's Review:

Citrus and mineral flavors, a slight sourness, but mostly refreshingly light. I think it would pair well with game birds, hare, whitefish, and salads.- Nikku

  • NekotoNikku's Review:

The wine has a clear, rusty red coloration and a watery appearance. Strong sweetness and strawberry scent on the nose, reminds me of strawberry jam. The scent continues through to the taste, an overload of strawberry flavor throughout, though fortunately less sweet in the mouth than on the nose.Like the label says, drink this very cold (35 to 40) - I tried it at normal temperature (around 50), and it had a fairly harsh alcohol taste.- Nikku

    NekotoNikku's Review:

Pale red coloration with little to no depth, it turns out the bottle is tinted blue to give it an appealing reddish-purple tint. Slightly oily consistency in the glass, but watery in the mouth. Smells strongly of grapefruit and butyric acid (reminds me a lot of Natto, a Japanese food made by fermenting soy beans. Reminded my girlfriend of Parmesan cheese). The taste is mostly grapefruit with a hint of black cherry, but it leaves a lingering butyric taste which is unpleasant- Nikku
