Aged for two and a half years in our cellar, the bouquet leaped from the glass, the rich tannins that once tightly held this wine together had finally given way and the structure became a voluptuously smooth upin contact with the palate.

A gift from a Sommelier who traveled to this winery in Mendoza. I am a Malbec fan, and I am now a huge fan of Aleph. As the wine opened it transformed graciously into full bodied fruit infused decadence. The body and mouthfeel were long and memorable. Even delicious the next day.

Light as air. Leaves nothing to the imagination. An innocent starter for a meal.

A beautiful 20th Anniversary bottle who's contents are on a rapid decline. This wine still has a bit of fruit left but will shortly become rancid if storing for later consumption, which I am certianly not.

Gary Farrell sold his winery, of the same name, and created "Alysian" to get back to the roots of what he originally set out to accomplish in wine. His main focus is Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley. This bottle is his inaugural debut of the Chardonnay vintage. This wine was the first of the Hamann wedding prix fixe menu. Phenomenal! Everything a Chardonnay could ever achieve in the overall performance, including: bouquet, color, taste, balance, back-end, and finish. True wine amazement.
