Added May 6, 2012 at 8:41amWhat a delicious and thought-provoking wine. Aged in old oak and bottled right off the lees. The result is a wine with a lot of character and flavor. Soft, textured mouthfeel, with citrus notes and something reminiscent of pear. I'd love to try this again in a few more years, as the wines are known to age quite well.

Added May 5, 2012 at 10:31pmI enjoy this Sancerre every vintage, and I can afford it. Some years are more herbaceous than others, but I always get those fresh grapefruit and light grassy notes with refreshing acidity.
Added May 5, 2012 at 10:19pmSuch a delicious bottle. Medium-bodied, with balanced acidity along with notes of stone fruit and lemon curd. Grapes sourced just outside Puligny-Montrachet.
Added May 5, 2012 at 10:28pmEver so slightly off-dry, this Chenin Blanc is always a favorite. Medium(+) in body, with apricot and subtle honey notes balanced by bright acidity. Pleasant undertones of mineral, too.
