    LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Clean, crisp and lively. It's a simple summer slurping white done completely in stainless steel, so it will appeal to members of the ABC (Anything But Chardonnay) club. You won't find any buttery oak flavors here.

    LENNDEVOURS' Review:

A beautiful wine with a citrusy, lime-driven nose and crisp apple, pear and citrus flavors. Balanced with fresh acidity, the finish is longer than you might expect.

  • LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Light gold in the glass, the nose is suprisingly complex with apple, pineapple, honey and flowers. I sense light residual sugar here to go with ripe melon, citrus and pineapple flavors. There is plenty of acidity to balance the sugar and fruit flavor, making this a refreshing pour, even if the finish is a little short.

    LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Medium gold in the glass. The nose is reminiscent of buttered toffee and caramel corn, with only the most subtle hints of apple and citrus beneath. Medium-to-full bodied, it's not as elegant or fruit-forward as previous vintages and the oak influence is more obvious. Still, there is just enough fruit for balance and subtle acidity to keep it from being weighty on the palate.

  • LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Long Island sparkling wine tends to be a bit pricey, with the best bottles creeping up over the 35-dollar mark (and at least one going higher). At $20, this bubbly made in the traditional method of Champagne by Martha Clara Vineyards offers elegant, refined apple and biscuit aromas and crisp, refreshingly tart apple flavors. New Years Eve is a thing of the past, but this is a sparkler you can, and should, drink year round.

    LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Aromas of blackberry, raspberry and fall leaf earthiness. This Merlot shows exceptional balance between restrained, elegant fruit, firm but not overpowering tannins, oak and acidity -- all with a sprinkling of tobacco and earthiness.

  • LENNDEVOURS' Review:

A clean and focused effort from the moment you crack open that screwcap closure. In the glass, it's an extremely pale, crystal-clear greenish. The aromatic nose starts with a burst of fresh-squeezed lime with hints of lemon zest and distinctive wet stone aromas. The technical notes say that there is .2% residual sugar, but you can barely perceive the sweetness because of fresh, lively acidity. Lime and mineral flavors burst in the mouth and remain on a long, citrusy, slightly snappy finish. Fewer than 100 cases were made as a bit of a trial run, but as good as this wine is, I know that I hope they continue for years to come.

  • LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Reasonably aromatic, with some fresh raspberry, smoky oak notes and something a little herbal/vegetal. This wine has soft tannins and and supple mouthfeel, but it's not as flavorful as the nose is aromatic. There is some sweet cherry/raspberry and hints of vanilla...but I'm left wanting a bit more complexity...some earthy notes or maybe spice. I'd like this wine a lot more if it had a bit more acidity too.

  • LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Not very aromatic, it has a somewhat simple nose of sweet cherries.Simple, rather fruity and gulpable with slight black pepper character (less than I remembered) and just a little oak influence. It's medium-bodied and low in tannin.

  • LENNDEVOURS' Review:

Aromas of cherries, plums, oak and tobacco here. If you've been drinking deeply-extracted, somewhat plump or soft California pinot lately, this is a nice diversion.Sweet red fruit is accented by vanilla, cola and oak on the palate - which is light-to-medium bodied, with a velvety texture, food-friendly acidity and just a little tannin on the finish.
