On the mouth It has a nice body, although alcohol is still over the top, showing its unbalanced. I believe It was a flaw of this bottle of wine particularly, because Ive tasted better samples of it, where alcohol could be felt, like in porto (its from the same region), but very pleasantly. On the nose alcohol could be sensed the same way, also aromas of mellon, lime, orange, raisings and especially almonds. Its a nice wine but this sample was damaged.

Its a fresh dolcetto. Red fruits appearing, a little spice, a small bodied wine though. It should go well with simple meat dish or even pasta with that kind of sauce. Very cheap price. It is ready to drink now. Id recommend it on a daily basis.

On the nose red fruits and spice, a nice and fresh dolcetto, just as It should be. Very tasty on the palate, easy to drink. A gastronomic wine. Take it to a green park with a nice chick and have a meat sandwich. Perfect! Ready to drink now and more for a couple years. Enjoy!
