I spent my birthday touring the wineries at the Finger Lakes, and Fulkerson was the first stop. This was my fist purchase, and after taking all the wines I acquired during my trip home, tasting this one later on was enough to make me want to riverdance! A lovely lovely dessert wine. It IS rather sweet, which is not typically a strong choice for me, but I could not get over its unique flavor. I saw people buying barrels apon barrels of this wine, and had I known, I would've too! I'd recommend drinking it all by itself...

My favorite of Tedeschi's selection. This wine does not let the tropical aroma and sweetness of the pineapple overwhelm, as most of the others do. I bought two bottles, and enjoyed them both with light vegetarian fare and fish for the later.

The Maui Splash seems to be the most common purchase at the Tedeschi Winery. The passion fruit adds something interesting and rather desirable. I bit sweet for my liking, but refreshing none the less. I had a hard time pairing this wine, perhaps best when drank on the beach at sunset all by itself?

It tastes more like a wine cooler, (probably due to the pineapple). Refreshing, but not something I would buy for myself. I feel like a cheap bottle of champagne would be more satisfying than this wine. Most of Tedeschi's wines are "tropical fruit" wines, which is great as a tourist attraction, but not so appealing as a frequent purchase.
