This is a Wonderful Merlot. The Earth Wise label is one that Delicato Wineries sells in their tasting room. All GREEN production from the lables, Glass, cork and case to the methods of the grape production and harvest. Very Nice!!!! The Wine normally sold for $8 a bottle and is now on Clearance for $2 a bottle in the case lots. Full fruitiness, Blueberries and plums, Blackberries and Cherries! Smooth, not alot of pepper.. some sweet oak hints and a nice finish. I bought a case Excellent table wine for Pasta's and Red Meats.

This was a very nice gift I was given. Full Body. The nose is so smooth and sweet... a wonderfully sweet tobacco scent soft and not over powering. At first the taste of Berries and Plums roll across your toung on a smooth velvetity, almost thin slice of sweet leather... or suade. No burn... no bite just all wonderful flavors. A touch of Oak at the finish and the finish holds on.

The Nose has hints of Cheery and Oak with a touch of Vanilla. Taste of slightly spicy Berries in the frount , slightly dry mid palate with light Earth tones and oak and finishes smoother then mid-palate. Not too long of a finish yet still nice. Limited Edition Bottle #31,545.

This is a Pleasurable surprise. The color Deep Burgundy and lovely velvet tone. On opening the Sweet Tabacco scents gentle rise to your attention followed by a Dark Berry with warm sweet plum. The nose is a delightful experiance only to be awakened crisply with the first taste. First sips are those of awakening herbs and dark berries dancing on my tongue. A mid palate of toasted , slightly roasted oak. The finish was long, dry, yet alive in a earthy and sage taste. Fruity in the front and deep boldness in the finish. Wow ! I like it alot yet it is so different then the 2005 and 2006. A unique Petite Sirah of it's own standing. I Wish I had a Juicy Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin to share with it... I know that would draw out the truth of this bottle.

The Color is Clean and deep. Medium to dark. The legs are those of clearity without an oil look. The nose is that of spice and a hint of Oak. In the mouth, a smooth bite with a dry tart to follow, leaving my mouth to pucker. Full of Fruitiness, smoke and earth tones to finish. Stayed with me for a while and pleasently slipped away. The hint of a Petite Syrah fruitiness. Bold yet tamed. I liked it and am please that I can get it through the Company store at a good discount.

I really like this one. Full of Deep Dark Berry and Fruit in the front with a mid palate of light herbs... almost pepper yet slightly dry, with a smooth finish. This was a bargin at our open house wine sale last week for $5 a bottle. Wish I had grabbed a couple cases instead of a couple bottles. You never know....

LOVED IT! Rich ripe dark berries, Crisp cherries and spice, with notes of violets and a hint of herb on the palate. The full rich wonderful fruit character pleasures the palate with a long lasting berry to finish acented by sweet floral notes, with the slightest toasted oak. I was so happy I got on Closeout at local grocer for $5 So Pleased!

A Nice Petite, full berry flavors and cheery to follow. Smmoth mid palete with a slight spice and a hint of pepper. Smooth long finish. Although not as good as the 2005, it will hold well in my celler till I open the my last two. I will wait 2 years to try again. Enjoyed and was pleased

Full Dark Fruit right up front. Blackberry and White Pepper Jamminess. A Hint of licorice and sweet smoke on the nose. I Like it alot. Enjoyed a hot Roast Beef sandwich on a Dutch Crunch roll with Ortega chiles and it went really well with that. A great deal for a bargin closeout price of $4
