    Hexley's Review:

Honey, evergreen, and smokey wood on the nose. Assertive, yet well balanced tannins with flavors of black cherry, oak, and honey with an herbal backdrop. Medium bodied with a pleasant lingering finish.

    Hexley's Review:

Lightly floral aroma with hints of pomegranate and berries. Tart on the palate; notes of oak, raspberry , and lemon zest. Clean flavor with robust tannins and a nice, long finish.

  • Hexley's Review:

Pepper, plums, and an herbal aroma on the nose. Opened with sweet blackberry and currant notes, which faded into deep coffee, tobacco, and oak undertones. Not overly complex, but has some nice qualities.

    Hexley's Review:

Color of strong black tea with a hint of red. Strong aroma of anise at first, but after a bit of breathing it started taking on a floral bouquet. Not much fruitiness, but very smooth and subdued tannins. Smokey wood flavor with hints of honey, mineral and citrus. A little past it's peak, but overall not bad.

  • Hexley's Review:

Velvety maroon hue. The delicious, buttery aroma wafted from the glass before I even finished pouring. Scents of oak, honey, and grape jam were also present. The taste was surprisingly smooth and well balanced. Fresh pineapple and berries, along with soft tannins and the long, fruity finish invited me to enjoy more.

  • Hexley's Review:

Deep ruby red color with amazing clarity. Distinct aromas of raspberries and strawberries with a subtle hint of vanilla. Light on the palate with robust tannins and bright flavors of anise, cedar, and pomegranate. Ended with a surprisingly long, pleasant finish.

  • Hexley's Review:

Deep purple color. Not heavily fragrant, but there are detectable notes of cherry and a definite oakiness. Flavor is herbaceous and clean with strong tannins. Earthy, cherry finish, though brief. After a bit of breathing, the tannins calmed down, and the berry aroma and tart fruitiness came out. Could use a few more years of aging.

  • Hexley's Review:

Possibly my slight aversion to white wine, but this tasted rather like green peppers to me. I don't care for green peppers. Also got a bit of citrus, too.

Very fruity and very easy to drink with nice soft tannins. Light notes of raspberry and citrus with a subtle chocolate undertone. Great buy.
