HMMeyer's Review:

Tastes of leather, rich berries and cream all aged in oak. A nice malbec with hints of spices typical of a shiraz. Very drinkable by itself.

A surprising little gem with the essence of Chile, very ripe blueberries, and deep fruit at the front that finishes with a deep leather flavor.

A delightful nose, with hints of sweet berries, roses, and a subtle taste of terragon. Is nice and clean and works well by itself, that said, it's a tad thin, and more delicate than most Zinns I'm accostomed to so it shouldn't be expected to stand up to a steak or pork.

A really great "old school' cab. Tannic and silky, with lots of oak and black cherries and subtle currants.

While I always appreiate the Duckhorn family of wines, this wine is big, dusty, with hints of tobacco. But I've had fuller wines in this family, I missed the lack of depth that I've come to know with some of the older, more mature Duckhorns.

We taste the artists and care that go into this delicate zinfandel. The first sip is memorable with intense cherries, then a hint of cedar and finishes with sweet basil.

For a cab, this is really earthy, dark underlying flavors of moss and foliage. Dark berries and currant round it out well.

An excellent subtle cab, with plenty of fruity tastes of dusty raspberries, tobacco, and oakey plums. It has a lot of fruit in the initial sip, but the edge comes at the end and you really can't ask for more than that in a Napa cab.

Silky fresh with aromatic black cherry with a hint of cedar. Has a long decadent finish. This is not a big boisterous cab but it is delicate with fruit yet finishes strong from the oaky structure.
