    Tasted April 3, 2012 Beautiful garnet quite light, dominate the nose of whitered rose and violet, sweet red fruit and leather. The taste is pleasant, fresh and soft with smooth tannins. Return the rose and violet, mild spiciness. Not so long, but easy drinkable. Assaggiato 3 Aprile 2012 Bel granato abbastanza carico, al naso predominano la rosa e la viola appassite, frutta rossa matura e cuoio. In bocca è piacevole, fresco e morbido con un tannino levigatissimo. Ritornano la rosa e la viola, lieve speziatura. Non lunghissimo ma con una gran beva.

    Tasted 03/15/2012 Ruby - pigeon blood color not so dark, quite consistent. The nose is quite intense, red berries, currants and strawberries, withered violet, cloves and herbs, light balsamic note. The mouth is pretty fresh, quite tasty and soft, warm. In the mouth back notes of red fruits and violet that stretch all the way, not very long but very pleasant. Assaggiato 15/03/2012 Colore rubino, sangue di piccione non molto carico, limpido, abb consistente. Al naso è abbastanza intenso, piccoli frutti rossi, ribes e fragolina, viola appassita, chiodi di garofano ed erbe aromatiche, bella nota balsamica. In bocca è di bella freschezza, abbastanza sapido e morbido, caldo. In bocca ritornano note di frutti rossi e la viola appassita che si allungano fino in fondo, non lunghissimo ma piacevolissimo.

    Tasted march 2012 Loaded gold, fruit is still in evidence, tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus and mild vanilla, on the background the Tocai typical note of bitter almond. The mouth is round, soft and still very fresh, mineral, tropical fruit returns, typically closes a little bitter. Assaggiato Marzo 2012 Oro carico, la frutta è ancora in evidenza, frutta tropicale, ananas, lieve agrumato e vaniglia, fà da sottofondo la nota tipica del Tocai di mandorla amara. In bocca è rotondo, morbido e ancora freschissimo, minerale, la frutta tropicale ritorna anche al sorso che chiude tipicamente amarognolo.

    Assaggiato 5/11/2011 Dorato, intenso e ampio al naso. Fruttato, passion fruit, pesca gialla, mela e una nota agrumata, floreale di glicine e biancospino, gesso. In bocca è veramente tanto, corposo, piú fresco che sapido, una bella morbidezza ma di legno non se ne parla nemmeno solo acciaio. Citrino e floreale in bocca, chiude con le tipica mandorla amara. È un vino importante anche nella gradazione alcolica (14º) ma di facile beva. Ha 3 anni ma puó maturare bene ancora per anni. I try to translate Tasted 5/11/2011 Gold, intense and wide nose. Fruity, passion fruit, peach, apple and a hint of citrus, floral lilac and hawthorn, chalk. In the mouth it is really huge, full-bodied, fresh more than sapid, nice soft but wood does not even mention, only steel. Citrus and floral in the mouth, it closes with the typical bitter almond. It is also an important wine in alcohol content (14 º) but easy to drink. He has 3 years but can grow well for years.

    Golden yellow, bright, consistent. I have tasted a lot of tocai and no one like this on nose. Sweet notes of pineapple, peach, banana, mineral, then slowly go out butter and notes of peppermint. Yet another confirmation that his wines must be left in the glass quite a bit to enjoy it all. In the mouth, is more tasty than fresh, the sip lose some grip due to low freshness. A shame for the sip, nose deserve clappings .

    Tasted 03/09/2012 Red fruit jam, candied black cherry, raspberry, spicy notes of clove and green pepper, licorice, china and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is quite warm, full bodied, very soft and fresh, tasty, light tannins. Return to taste the red fruits and spices, not very long the final notes of fruity and tasty. Assaggiato 9 marzo 2012 Marmellata di frutti rossi, amarena candita, lamponi, note speziate di chiodi di garofano e pepe verde, liquirizia, china e note balsamiche. In bocca è abbastanza caldo, di gran corpo, fresco, veramente morbido e con una bella sapidità, tannino lieve. Ritornano al gusto i frutti rossi e le spezie, non lunghissimo il finale tra note di fruttate e sapide.

    Tasted 03/09/2012 Peach and pineapple, acacia honey, yellow flowers and a spicy of white pepper, mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh and soft, quite warm, return the sweet scents of pineapple and a slight spiciness, fine tasty. Quite persistent, in the mouth notes of pineapple, long tastiness slightly bitter. Assaggiato il 9 marzo 2012 Pesca e ananas, miele d'acacia, fiori gialli e una lieve spaziatura di pepe bianco, note minerali. In bocca è fresco e morbido, abb caldo, ritornano i sentori dolci dell'ananas e una lieve speziatura, bella sapidità. Abbastanza lungo in bocca restano note di ananas, lunga sapidità lievemente amarognola.

    Tasted March 2012 The nose is pleasant, pineapple, white peach and golden delicious apples, hints of toasted hazelnuts, acacia flowers and orange zest. In the mouth it is creamy, fresh and mineral, return the golden apple and toasted notes, close to the typical and delicate citrus notes. Assaggiato marzo 2012 Al naso è piacevolissimo, ananas, pesca bianca e mela golden, note di tostatura, nocciole, fiori d'acacia e zeste d'arancio. In bocca è cremoso, fresco e di grande mineralità, ritornano la mela golden e le note tostate, vira in chiusura sulle tipiche e delicatissime note citrine.

    Tasted February 2012 After 10 years fruit is still in evidence, plum jam and black currant, cigar tobacco, china and undergrowth. Balsamic notes, peppermint, bloody notes. The sip have a nice acidity, just a slight oxidative notes and nice smooth tannins. Plum accompanied by a slight spiciness then close slightly bitter. Assaggiato a febbraio 2012. Con 10 anni sulle spalle la frutta è ancora in evidenza, confettura di prugna e ribes, tabacco da sigaro, china e sottobosco. Note balsamiche, mentolate, e traccie ematiche. In bocca ha ancora una bella acidità, appena una lieve nota ossidativa e tannino levigato. Ritornano le note fruttate di prugna accompagnate da una lieve speziatura per poi chiudere delicatamente amarognolo.

    Deep yellow, golden, bright, consistent. Notes of peaches, green apple and lemon zest, herbs, rosemary. The mouth has a great body, freshness and tasty notes work together, than closing notes of iodine and sulfur. Only for this wine after a late harvest the grapes are de-stemmed by hand and placed in new oak barrels with custom caps. Fermentation begins in the berries themselves, which gradually release the wine. After eight months of maturing, at full moon, the wine is gravity racked into bottles, no added sulphur, no filtration, no pressing.
